<h2>FINANCE ASSISTANT</h2>Salary: $4,000 / month Keisha Lance Bottoms’ campaign for Governor of Georgia is hiring a Finance Assistant to join our team for the 2026 cycle. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, hardworking, and have experience working on fundraising events from working on a campaign, committee, or PAC. Duties and Responsibilities:In 2025, the Finance Assistant will wear many hats and will help with tasks ranging from developing and executing in-state fundraising events, to conducting donor research, assisting with the preparation for the candidate’s call time and other tasks as they come up. In 2026 as our team grows, there will be opportunities to move within the finance department as we grow out our teams working with events and call time/donor research. Below are what some duties and responsibilities for the role could include:<ul><li>Working with the Finance Director to implement a finance plan that achieves and exceeds the campaign’s fundraising goals.</li><li>Assisting with the development and execution of fundraising events, managing internal tracking, drafting and sending invitations, creating invitation universes, staffing events, and more.</li><li>Assist in staffing the candidate and preparing memos, briefing documents, and other materials for the candidate.</li><li>Researching prospective donors and preparing for the candidate’s call time.</li><li>Managing the thank you note process.</li><li>Assist finance and campaign staff with additional duties as needed.</li><li>Assist with the call time program by prepping calls, prospecting donors, and conducting pledge follow-up.</li><li>Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the campaign depending on the campaign’s needs and employee’s demonstrated strengths.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Some fundraising experience on a campaign, committee, or PAC is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of NGP, ActBlue, and Google Drive. Experience with Numero is an added bonus.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to work long hours and weekends.</li><li>Ability to interact with diverse populations.</li><li>A valid US driver’s license, and access to reliable, insured transportation.</li></ul> This position is based in Atlanta, GA and will involve some travel depending on the campaign’s event schedule. Keisha Lance Bottoms is a proven fighter with battle-tested executive experience. She is running for Governor of Georgia to deliver for working families and bring steady leadership to&nbsp;Georgia in the midst of uncertainty and chaos coming from Washington.&nbsp; As Governor, Keisha will bring the strong leadership that Georgia needs during these tumultuous times. She will fight to expand Medicaid so that 300,000 Georgians can get the health care coverage they need and to prevent more hospitals - especially those in rural communities - from shutting their doors. Keisha will work to eliminate income taxes for teachers, crack down on corporate landlords that are buying up houses and making it harder for families to buy a home or afford rent, and she will invest in education so our children have better pathways to success through career training or college.&nbsp; As Mayor of Atlanta, Keisha steered the city through extraordinary challenges, including a cyber attack on city government, civil unrest, the pandemic, along with an unstable president and combative state leadership. She made major investments in affordable housing, delivered historic salary raises for police officers and firefighters, supported small businesses, balanced the budget and never raised property taxes. Keisha also helped make Atlanta a global business destination, welcoming nine Fortune 500 companies who established headquarters in Atlanta, helping the city add $11 billion to its total economic output and attracting $4.5 billion in total capital investment. Keisha is at least a fifth generation Georgian and has served as a judge, city councilwoman, and mayor. She was called to public service to build opportunities for working families like the one she grew up in. Keisha and her husband, Derek, are parents to four children in Atlanta.

<h2>CALL TIME MANAGER</h2>Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 / month (commensurate with experience) Keisha Lance Bottoms’ campaign for Governor of Georgia is hiring a Call Time Manager to join our team for the 2026 election cycle. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, hardworking, and have some fundraising experience on a campaign, committee, or PAC. Duties and Responsibilities:The Call Time Manager will help with all tasks related to the candidate’s call time ranging from staffing the candidate in call time, conducting donor research, assisting with the preparation for the candidate’s call time, and all other aspects of the candidate’s call time. Below are what some duties and responsibilities for the role could include:<ul><li>Implementing a call time program with the oversight of the Finance Director.</li><li>Staffing the candidate in call time and taking detailed notes on the outcome of each call.</li><li>Researching prospective donors and preparing for the candidate’s call time.</li><li>Performing follow up, including timely emails, letters, and calls.</li><li>Tracking call time pledges and contributions.</li><li>Tracking various call time metrics.</li><li>Assisting in the execution and staffing of fundraisers and other campaign events.</li><li>Assisting in the preparation of briefing materials for the candidate.</li><li>Assisting with contribution processing and compliance needs.</li><li>Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the campaign depending on the campaign’s needs and employee’s demonstrated strengths.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Some fundraising experience on a campaign, committee, or PAC. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, hardworking, and have experience working on fundraising events from working on a campaign, committee, or PAC. Duties and Responsibilities:In 2025, the Finance Assistant will wear many hats and will help with tasks ranging from developing and executing in-state fundraising events, to conducting donor research, assisting with the preparation for the candidate’s call time and other tasks as they come up. In 2026 as our team grows, there will be opportunities to move within the finance department as we grow out our teams working with events and call time/donor research.
